Cut the sugar.
Keep the taste.
Sweet like sugar. Digested like a protein. UnSugar Sweet Protein carries the sweetness while your team pulls most of the sugar out, keeping the taste people came for.

What is a sweet protein?
Some fruits make proteins that taste intensely sweet. UnSugar is a plant-based sweet protein of that very kind, so the sweetness comes from nature, not from sugar.
The result is a clean, sugar-like sweetness at a tiny use rate, about one part UnSugar for every 1,000 parts of the sugar it replaces. Because your body treats it as a protein and it is used at milligram levels, it contributes no sugars and negligible calories.

Sugar tastes right but brings the calories. Stevia and monk fruit cut the sugar but bring a bitter edge. Sweet protein gives you a clean sweetness, and it makes stevia and monk fruit taste better too.

What could your sugar line look like?
Pick a category, set your sugar-reduction target, and watch the sugar come out.
Sweetness is usually the main job sugar does in a drink, which makes beverages a great starting point for sweet proteins.
That is about 6 teaspoons of sugar in every serving.
Depending on the product and the target, UnSugar can support sugar reduction from about 20 to 90%.
Today’s 24 g of added sugar becomes 9.6 g per serving at a 60% reduction.

A sample kit for your bench, not a catalog and a phone number.
Most ingredient suppliers send a spec sheet and a sales rep. We send a physical sample kit, a sample bottle and a sample powder, with dosing math simple enough to run today. Then our formulation team helps you dial in the blend for your product, from first taste to a signed spec, with a real person on the other end.

A little goes a long way, and you get the dosing math to weigh it out right the first time.
Formulators who know your category, on the other end of the line, not just a data sheet.
Rounded sweetness with a gentle finish, without the bitter or licorice tail of high-intensity sweeteners.
Sweet Protein 101
The stuff every team asks us in the first ten minutes.
What is a sweet protein?
It is exactly what it sounds like: a protein that tastes sweet. UnSugar Sweet Protein is a plant-based sweetness, the same kind of sweet protein nature makes in fruit. Your taste buds read it as sweet, and it is 500 to 2,000 times sweeter than sugar, so a tiny amount does the work.
Can it replace ALL the sugar?
Sugar does more than sweeten, so no honest ingredient swaps one-for-one. UnSugar Sweet Protein can help take 60 to 90% of the sugar out of suitable formulations while rounding out the off-notes associated with stevia and monk fruit. These figures are formulation targets our applications team works to, confirmed in your own product by bench testing.
