This policy explains how UnSugar collects, uses and protects information submitted through goUnSugar.com. UnSugar is a brand of SarvATGC Technologies Private Limited, India. This site is intended for qualified industry professionals, not consumers.

What we collect

When you submit a sample request, a technical information request, a specialist request or a contact message, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, job function, country, product category and the description of what you are developing. Phone is optional.

When analytics are active (see “Your privacy choices” below), we also collect information about your visit: the pages you view, how long you spend on each page and how many pages you view, the site or campaign that referred you, your approximate location (country, region and city) derived from your IP address, and your device, browser and operating system. We do not store your IP address itself, only the approximate location derived from it.

How we use it

We use the details you submit to review your request, route it to the right team member, send the documents or samples you asked for, and follow up about your evaluation. If you opt in, we may also send occasional technical resources and updates. You can opt out at any time. We use analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Analytics and linking visits to your enquiry

When analytics are active, we set a first-party cookie holding a random identifier so we can count visits and see how the site is used, including how long visitors spend on each page, and we load Google Analytics. If you then submit a form, we link that identifier to your enquiry so our team can see the pages you viewed before contacting us and respond with relevant information. We do not use this for advertising and we do not sell it. You can stop it at any time by declining the banner or by using Global Privacy Control.

Your privacy choices

How the banner works depends on where you are. In the EU, EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, nothing non-essential runs until you choose Accept; if you decline or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. Elsewhere, analytics run by default when you arrive, and you can turn them off at any time by choosing Not accept on the banner; closing the banner is treated as acceptance. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) automatically everywhere, so if your browser sends a GPC signal we treat analytics as declined and set no analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies, and your browser can block or delete cookies directly. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, including under India’s DPDP Act 2023 and, for California residents, the CPRA. We use necessary cookies to operate the site (your session and form submission) and analytics cookies (our own first-party cookie and Google Analytics). Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate the site and manage requests, under contracts limiting their use of it. When analytics are active, pseudonymous usage data is processed by Google as part of Google Analytics, and Google may process it in the United States.

Do not sell or share

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. To make a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information request, or to exercise any other right, email sales@goUnSugar.com.

Retention and security

We keep request information for as long as needed to support your evaluation and our business records, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.
